For account access, privacy requests, data export, deletion, or app support, contact the Oneiros support inbox.

Account and data requests

You can request account deletion, data deletion, access, correction, export, or restriction by emailing support@oneirosjournal.com. Please use the email address connected to your Oneiros account when possible so we can verify the request.

In-app support

Signed-in users can also open Oneiros and use the Contact screen from the app menu. If you are locked out or having trouble signing in, use the login support option in the app or email us directly.

Safety boundary

Oneiros cannot provide emergency help, therapy, diagnosis, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis support. If you may harm yourself or someone else, feel in immediate danger, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis, medical, or mental health professional now.
